Very rare for me to give 5 stars, but as yet over around 6 years, can't find fault. Very pleasant lady, extremely helpful and insurance at decent rates. Only had to make one non fault claim on car insurance and got sorted relatively easily, getting my excess recovered OK. Also have home+contents cover but not needed to claim. Would not hesitate to recommend Maxine.
